Start Quantum Jumping, an interesting theory.

Most people think growth is a linear ladder: Step 1, Step 2, Step 3.

​But in physics, a Quantum Leap isn’t a walk up a ramp. It’s an instantaneous transition from one energy level to a higher one. There is no “in-between” state.

If you’re looking to “quantum jump” in the metaphysical sense—meaning you want to shift your mindset or “reality” to a version of yourself that is more successful, confident, or happy—the process is essentially a high-level form of visualization and identity shifting.
While the science of quantum physics deals with atoms, this practice deals with your subconscious. Here is the standard “how-to” for making the leap:


The “Two-Cup” Method
This is one of the most popular physical rituals used to symbolize a quantum jump. It helps anchor your mental intention into a physical action. 


Preparation: Take two glasses. Label one with your Current Reality (e.g., “stuck in a boring job”). Label the second with your Desired Reality (e.g., “thriving in a creative career”). 


The Fill: Fill the “Current Reality” glass with water.


The Shift: Sit quietly and feel the emotions associated with your current state. Then, pour the water into the “Desired Reality” glass. Focus on the sound and the movement—this is your “jump.” 
The Integration: Drink the water from the “Desired Reality” glass, imagining you are absorbing that new state of being.
